VIDEO: Travel #27 – Bavarian Winter Countryside

Sometimes interesting photographic opportunities are just outside our front door. This video album is a combination of two local walks in winter and gives some idea of the landscape to visitors.

In Bavaria we occasionally get a cold spell for several days where temperatures drop to below 0 degrees Celsius. After which a warmer wet wind blows in and the water freezes on the twigs and branches. This creates interesting effects and patterns.

As usual the images are JPEG from camera and unedited or cropped.
